Every worker in our factory is the Quality control Inspector, they will reject or remind his colleague to reject the defected pieces.

During 2016, more than 12,000Kg unqualified pieces （Planet Shaft only） were sell out as scrap, 80% of the rejected pieces is because of a small dents on the chamfer. During 2023, the unqualified pieces less to 1,100Kg (1,047Kg),

Quality already stamped in every worker’s mind.

Chamfer is not so important, but each of our pieces has a perfect chamfer.
