Sintered Steel Bushing (Bearing Sleeve) for EXCAVATOR

Our BUSHINGS are alternatives to the Bronze bushing and Steel hardened bushing for Excavator.

Self-lubricated steel bushings are manufactured from powder sintered steel (Fe, Cu). After sintering, they are immersed in a hot oil bath, incorporating this into the inner porous structure of the bushing.

The pores in these bushings hold lubricating oil, the oil content can reach 14%-18% VOL, which is gradually released during operation to form a lubricating layer or wedge, reducing wear, and extending the bushing's lifespan even under extreme conditions.

Our sintered steel bushings excel in demanding applications, offering reliability and self-lubrication. These Bushings also suitable to other machinery or equipment with similar working condition, around 200 types Bushings are available in our current production.
